These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClipCut (the “Service”), operated by ClipCut (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ClipCut is a tool that helps you turn longer videos into short, vertical clips using automated processing, captioning, and reframing. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload or generate (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train models for third parties.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
The Service relies on third parties (for example payment, hosting, storage, and analytics providers). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated outputs will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
